On November 16, 2023, Deputy Commissioner Sanja Unković and acting Chief of Cabinet of the Commissioner Dragoslav Đukić attended the ceremony Marking the 60th Anniversary of the Constitutional Court, in the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

The ceremony was opened by the President of the Constitutional Court Snežana Marković, and the guests were also addressed by the Deputy President of the Supreme Court Zvezdana Lutovac, State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice Bojana Šćepanović, member of the Venice Commission and President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova Domnica Manole, and President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Dr. Vladimir Orlić.

Commissioner Milan Marinović and his Office congratulate the judges of the Constitutional Court on this significant anniversary and wish them success in their future work.

The third Fair of Student Professional Practice in Public Administration was held on November 15 as an online event where, in several different panels and separate virtual rooms, all interested students could learn more about all the details of professional practice, which institutions offer internship opportunities, what are their responsibilities and how many students can be accepted for practice.

The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection has been engaged in this practice organization from the beginning, building on his previous experience in organizing student professional practice, which he has been conducting for years, within this program. In the previous two years, through this internship program, students had the opportunity to be familiarized with the rights under the Commissioner's competence - how the citizens can exercise and how this institution safeguards these rights. At this year's Fair, all fundamental information about the Commissioner was also put on a virtual stand. Marko Milošević, head of the Education Department, announced the possibility of the Commissioner to accept up to 4 students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade for professional practice during April. Students can be informed about the methods of applying for professional practice at their home faculties, i.e. universities, who send information about all interested students to the Commissioner.

We invite all students of five state universities to the third virtual Fair of Student Professional Practice in Public Administration 2023/2024 which will be held as an online event starting at 10 a.m. on November 15. This Fair offers 890 places for professional practice in 73 public administration bodies across Serbia (33 cities and municipalities).

The entire event takes place on a specially created digital platform in the virtual space of the representative edifice of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, which makes it even more interesting.

During the Fair, students will have the opportunity to learn more about the offer of all vacancies for student internships through a series of forums and presentations, as well as to communicate with representatives of the University and Public Administration Bodies to receive all requisite information about internships, how to apply for internships, and deadlines for realization of the whole process.
