Брошура ДА ЛИЧНО БУДЕ БЕЗБЕДНО.

Повереник за информације од јавног значаја и заштиту података о личности, уз подршку Мисије ОЕБС-а у Србији, припремио је другу по реду националну кампању о заштити података о личности под називом ДА ЛИЧНО БУДЕ БЕЗБЕДНО.

У склопу кампање припремили смо брошуру која даје кратке и јасне одговоре грађанима како безбедно да чувају своје податке, ко све може да обрађује њихове податке о личности као и која је улога лица за заштиту података о личности а и Повереника за информације од јавног значаја и заштиту података о личности.

Израда публикације подржана је од стране пројекта „Подршка јачању владавине права у Републици Србији“, заједнички финансираног од стране Европске уније и Савезног министарства за економску сарадњу и развој Савезне Републике Немачке (BMZ), а који спроводи Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). Њен садржај не одражава нужно ставове Европске уније, немачког Савезног министарства за економску сарадњу и развој (BMZ), нити GIZ-a.

A Guide to the Case-Law of the European Court of Human Rights regarding Data Protection in the Serbian language was prepared to provide support to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection within the project “Protecting Freedom of Expression and of the Media in Serbia (PRO-FREX)" of the joint program of the European Union and the Council of Europe "Horizontal Support Program for the Western Balkans and Turkey".

The Guide to the Case Law of the European Court of Human Rights regarding Data Protection aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between data protection and freedom of expression, especially in light of modern technological advances. The cited case law is selected from among the most significant and recent judgments and decisions in the context of the current digital environment.

The Commissioner for information of public importance and personal data protection prepared a brochure for elementary school pupils within the scope and help of the "New Literacy" program, which the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is jointly implementing with the Propulsion organization. The brochure is called "Personal data is our treasure, how can we protect it?" and was created and designed by Dragan Ilić, a well-known psychologist and journalist.
