and Personal Data Protection in November 2025
I. Case Statistics
In November 2025, the Commissioner’s Office received a total of 1254 cases, including:
- 918 cases in connection with access to information,
- 157 cases in connection with personal data protection,
- 58 cases relating to misdemeanor proceedings,
- 121 cases relating to both areas of work and actions of the Commissioner’s Office.
A total of 1384 cases were resolved during this month (931 - access to information, 304 – data protection, 47 - misdemeanor proceedings, 102 – harmonisation and cooperation in both areas of Commissioner's actions).
