and Personal Data Protection in October 2025;
I. Case Statistics
In October 2025, the Commissioner’s Office received a total of 2321 cases, including:
- 1693 cases in connection with access to information,
- 389 cases in connection with personal data protection,
- 57 cases relating to misdemeanor proceedings,
- 182 cases relating to both areas of work and actions of the Commissioner’s Office.
A total of 1937 cases were resolved during this month (1278 - access to information, 459 – data protection, 39 - misdemeanor proceedings, 161 – harmonisation and cooperation in both areas of Commissioner's actions).
