and Personal Data Protection in September 2025;
I. Case Statistics
In September 2025, the Commissioner’s Office received a total of 1586 cases, including:
- 1090 cases in connection with access to information,
- 345 cases in connection with personal data protection,
- 36 cases relating to misdemeanor proceedings,
- 115 cases relating to both areas of work and actions of the Commissioner’s Office.
A total of 1495 cases were resolved during this month (938 - access to information, 381 – data protection, 53 - misdemeanor proceedings, 123 – harmonisation and cooperation in both areas of Commissioner's actions).
