In August 2025, the Commissioner’s Office received a total of 1502 cases, including:;
- 1181 cases in connection with access to information,
- 181 cases in connection with personal data protection,
- 30 cases relating to misdemeanor proceedings,
- 110 cases relating to both areas of work and actions of the Commissioner’s Office.
A total of 1508 cases were resolved during this month (1110 - access to information, 274 – data protection, 32 - misdemeanor proceedings, 92 – harmonisation and cooperation in both areas of Commissioner's actions).
