and Personal Data Protection in July 2025;
I. Case Statistics
In July 2025, the Commissioner’s Office received a total of 1881 cases, including:
- 1283 cases in connection with access to information,
- 420 cases in connection with personal data protection,
- 70 cases relating to misdemeanor proceedings,
- 108 cases relating to both areas of work and actions of the Commissioner’s Office.
A total of 1622 cases were resolved during this month (1149 - access to information, 321 – data protection, 51 - misdemeanor proceedings, 101 – harmonisation and cooperation in both areas of Commissioner's actions).
