and Personal Data Protection in June 2025;
I. Case Statistics
In June 2025, the Commissioner’s Office received a total of 1640 cases, including:
- 1259 cases in connection with access to information,
- 144 cases in connection with personal data protection,
- 26 cases relating to misdemeanor proceedings,
- 211 cases relating to both areas of work and actions of the Commissioner’s Office.
A total of 1979 cases were resolved during this month (1507 - access to information, 259 – data protection, 28 - misdemeanor proceedings, 185 – harmonisation and cooperation in both areas of Commissioner's actions).
